Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or production delays, processing times may take longer. We’ll notify you promptly of any major changes.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States and internationally.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs delays, and courier performance.


Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.


Shipping Partners

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and order size.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lucky Lefty LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to your order.
All charges imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@luckyleftyllc.com with your order number and photos of the item.

For lost or stolen packages, please contact your shipping carrier directly with your tracking details.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It’s your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
If you realize an address error after placing your order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, we may not be able to change it.
